Sala Cuna y Jardín Infantil Arcoíris celebra We Tripantu

El Director del Departamento de Educación Municipal Juan Abel Sepúlveda, asistió durante la jornada de la mañana del viernes 28 de junio a la Sala Cuna y Jardín Infantil Arcoíris de nuestra comuna, la cual se encuentra bajo la Dirección de Tamara Araya.

En dicho recinto se llevó a cabo la realizaron de la celebración del We Tripantu o Año Nuevo Mapuche que se realiza en el solsticio de invierno (el día más corto del año en el hemisferio sur) entre el 21 y 24 de junio.

Todos los niños y niñas pertenecientes a este establecimiento educacional bailaron y cantaron junto a sus tías en celebración a “la nueva salida del sol”. Al término de la ceremonia las funcionarias invitaron a los asistentes a un matetum (mate, sopaipillas, mote, piñones) entre otros.

Al término de la actividad el Director de Educación felicitó  a las funcionarias del recinto educacional, a los niños y niñas por la presentación y a los padres y apoderados por participar, apoyar y asistir a los eventos organizados por la sala cuna y jardín infantil Arcoíris.
